Information collected
MQS Sinclair may receive information you voluntarily provide, such as an email address submitted through the briefing subscription page. Subscription information is processed through Kit. Member authentication is processed through Firebase.
How information is used
Subscription information is used to send the MQS Briefing, Investor Academy updates, and occasional emails about MQS books, tools, events, and carefully selected third-party resources. Some communications may contain sponsored content or affiliate links. Authentication information is used to verify access to member materials, maintain security, and administer subscriber accounts.
Disclosure and sharing
MQS Sinclair does not sell personal information or share subscriber email addresses with third parties for their own marketing. Service providers such as Kit and Firebase may process information on behalf of MQS Sinclair to deliver email, authenticate subscribers, secure the services, and support site operations. Their processing is subject to their respective terms and privacy practices.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time through the link included in each email. Unsubscribing from marketing messages does not necessarily delete an authentication or security record required to administer prior access.
